2019 was another busy year for me and Covhour.
Here are a few of our few highlights…
February
In February I discovered that I had been nominated for Woman Who Achieves award.
March
On International Women’s Day - 8th March I found out that I had become a finalist for the Woman Who Achieves for Networking award. I felt like a winner right there and then.
On 24th March I put on my running shoes to take part in the Coventry Half Marathon and I will be taking part again in 2020.
June
It was a busy one!! I was very proud to be asked to be a judge for The Worthies Awards (part of the Kenilworth Chamber of Trade) - what an amazing night.
Woman Who Achieves awards also took place in June where I got a Special Mention Award.
Then we held Covhour Live at the Belgrade Theatre - another great, well attended event with guest speakers Neil Edgington from EDG Property talking about the CO-OP development and Helen Hotchkiss from the Belgrade & Trish Willetts from Coventry Business Improvement District.
I was also very proud to receive a mention in my company magazine (the day job) about my work with Covhour.
September
I attended the meet & greet for StrictlyXmas19 (will explain more in the next blog).
November
I met Beverley Knight at the Midlands Business & Community Charity Awards where I was nominated for Networker of the Year. I had a great year and can’t wait to see what 2020 has in store.
